Sorry guys, got caught up with school and hadn't checked out PT in a while.

I did cut the frame horns off with a sawzall, lowered it about 1.5 inches then welded it back on.

There is actually no gap whatsoever in between the cap and headlights, really tight fit.

Glad to hear you guys like it, I'll try and post up some more pics sometime this week if it's not to cold ha.

the bumper and lower piece is the same.

the top cap is different. are you saying you didnt change bumper brackets?
My old bumper had some rust and was peeling, you could kinda see it on the first picture on the left bumper edge. I went ahead and bought a complete HD front end from a salvage truck at the junkyard. Came with everything, including bumper brackets.
