I just bought a SS and I would like to get a hard bed cover,Does anybody know who makes a cover that does not require the tail gate cap be removed?I noticed that innovation has some custom stuff but was unable to talk to anybody there.Any help will be appreciated.

Check out www.checkerpro.com, Checkmate Tonneaus. They have many tonneaus and are very reasonably priced. I know they have a hard tonneau that is low-profile, that fits inside the rails. Also check out *******'s, they have a tonneau that fits over the Silverado bed cap (wing style) at www.stylinconcepts.com.

 

******** x2000 with the speedstur wing will fit but they are having problems with it bulging up slightly in high heat. can get a wealth of knowledge on ss's on silveradoss.com

 

I think the Snuglid SL model will fit a SS

 

Thanks for the help,I really liked the look of the speedstur but I went with the snug lid SL with a bedrug.The lock on the snug lid was the selling point for me and I'm really happy with it so far.I'm thinking about getting the remote unlock feature added and If I know myself it will be on within the week.
