i ran my buddys 5.4 f150 its a 2004 ecsb fx4 and i got an 2004 ecsb 4wd 5.3 we wnt from a 60 roll to the speed limiter at 98 he got me by half a truck
?????????????everyone talks about how slow they are then how did this happen were runnin roughly the same size tires and wheels i have a muffler welded in and he has a gibson cat back .....were gonna do a rematch soon but hes gettin the edge programmer and in take soon and ill be gettin a tune and a s&b intake will i take him then? with both of us tuned ??????????

A custom tune will help alot. Your stock tune has alot of TQ management which retards timing under WOT conditions, So basically everytime you floor it your losing power because your engine is "managed" to save the weak 4l60e, A tune will fix this but your tranny might not like you for long.

hahaha yea ill have to do it again if we went from a 30 mph roll im almost positive ill take him but where we went from my truck wouldnt let me down shift so sucks for me i guess lol my tranny slips alil now so if i get a tune then soon after it'll give me a reason to get my level 5 flt tranny
