I definitely would have got 911 on my mobile before I even stopped for that joker. Police vehicles should be marked and for good reason, so we have no doubt who these people are.

yep I came up behind a green tahoe on I-90 here and he got over in the carpool lane, I didnt tailgate him or nething cuz it was a chevy...haha... but anyhow I just eased passed him and as soon as I got passed his front bumper he dove in behind me, I was thinking WTF dude I didnt do ne thing to you why are u on my ***. Well then I noticed the lights and ****. Ticketed me for 81 in a 60 radar and pace. ive seen him a few times now on my commute and the pates are normal no visible lights, no markings no antennas nothing! the one thin I do nitoce is the radar deal which is next to his rear view mirror, not the side ones. Ive also seen and avalanche, and muffstain a z28 and a nbs and obs expedition.

i wouldnt have stopped either. and unmarked SUV? with blue lights? humm.
im pretty sure i would have to do some explaining but... you can say what if all day.
for instance what if it was a serial killer, in the durango, with blue lights, and had a police suite on? possible-yes, Likely-no. but thats my 2 cents.
by the way i got pulled over the other day goin home from work. i forgot to put my Year sticker on my tag. and i told the state trooper that it was in my console, and i would get it out but there is a pistol in the console also. he told me to go ahead and get it out. so i got the pistol out and put it on the seat where he could see it the whole time. and i got my sticker out and showed him. he said thanks for lettin him know bout the pistol, he said "Not many people tell us that kindof stuff" i told him that i would rather tell him it was in there before he saw it before i could say something.
but im 20 and had a pistol in my truck so i had some explaining to do, but the ST was cool and told me to have a nice day.
good thing he didnt look on my back seat, hehe. i had a Winchester 120 Ranger 12ga (dove season), Ruger 10/22 (squirrel season), and a AR-15 (not to sure why i carry it all the time?). with way too many bullets for each.
That same night i was comin home from my aunts house and was doin 85 in a 55 and the State Trooper just flashed the blue lights and turned them off.
good thing he did get a call though!!

If i am not mistaken Joe that is the "Great" city of Oakwood police. I was going down 53 in Oakwood Monday in my dumptruck and he came around me with lights on I guess he was responding to a call and on the very bottom in "ghost letters" It said Oakwood Police. That not right to be that sneaky.

but ya... when he approached the vehilcle i had my window up, door locked, phone in hand with 911 ready to hit send on the cell... so i thought about that too... and i was completey freaked out just bc at this particular exit it was quite busy, just the interstate is empty.. so there were plenty of ppl around. After talking to some locals... they think hes a detective but idk, he wouldnt have pulled me over for that i dont think if he was a detective... lol if my memory serves me right, detectives have no jurisdiction on street patrols, lol.

Not sure of any laws & regulations in other states, but in Louisiana, violaters are not penalized for not stopping to yield to unmarked units. "A driver is required to yield to any marked unit signaling..." I'll ask about actual wording, but pretty sure that's something how it's stated.
I've been flashed by plenty during my early twenties, and never pulled over for those. Also was never pursued by not pulling over. I started working for East Baton Rouge City Court (Bench Warrants Dept) while in college, and got a lot of insight from the constable & sheriff officers, and made quite a few acquaintances. Also helps to personally know several police officers who are like brothers to me.
