At 4 am, I was headin to work. Minding my own biz, a ext cab version (his was also 2wd, blue but no drop) of my truck drives by my truck ~ 2 miles from home. I was going 5mph & he was pullin away. That was cool since we were in a heavily patrolled small city. After we get past that little speed trap of a city, I see him sitting @ a light. He's sittin back 3 truck lengths w/ no one in front of him. I'm wonderin why, but I pull to the crosswalk like normal. Just before light changes, his timing was dead on, he goes past my window in a hurry. I drove away normal.

Now, I'm thinkin. Hmm...I follow thru a round-a-bout, he slows as I don't need to much due to my suspension tweaks. Now I'm hopin to get stuck @ a lite. We do. He in the right lane, me in RT turn lane. That forces me to either 1) have to run & get in front since my lane ends 2) forces me to turn right.

LET'S Play!!! IIRC, he tried sittin back again. He's probably been watchin PINKS. . Small chirp, & I look in my side mirror to see his exhaust just pushing hard (easy to see when its cold out) vs the normal swirl when a truck is in the cold. U northerners know what I mean.

I pulled on him so hard, I darn near went thru the next red light. He was & stayed back for almost a mile. It felt great to play & not see any cops spoil the fun.

Kidding. It has to wait til next year. The truck will be paid off by summer. That will also help if I need $ for supporting mods. Right now, as mentioned in my recent pm to you I have some big issues they may or may not be a problem.

I figure when the HP & TQ levels soar past 400, my worries bout what the other guy is packin will disappear unless he's heavily modded or sprayin. My confrontations are usually the ones on the way to/ from work. Most often, I'll never see them again. I want the Tundra owner to think twice or to say this reg cab smoked me. Or whatever. Them new Rams are 390hp!
I might lose some but won't have my tail between my legs. That's when further upgrades can be considered. Surprising unsuspecting owners will be fun.
