The whipple backfiring because of the leak.... I pulled about my hood on him

by 75-80 or so....

was still pulling when I let out of it...

He was suprised to say the least!

 

One of my diesel buddies ran one at the track. It was a joke. He treed him up badly and with the 4x4 launch, the guy didn't stand a chance. Buddy ran a 7.8 to his 9.* I must admit though, that thing was pulling 90mph traps in the 1/8th. Traction was definitely an issue, but a race is a race and he lost.

 

That's cool, those ugly little buggers are fast! Good kill.

 

Oh yeah... I have seen some in the 12's.... Thankfully for me... This one was stock...

 

I was about to say, I got my *** ripped by one not too long ago. Thinking I was a badass with my cammed crew cab. I actually got him from the dig by about 5 or 6 lengths..........Until his turbo spooled up, then it was all over. I found out later he is an HPD officer. lol.

His is a stock turbo with mucho bolt-ons, low to mid 13's car.

 

They'll turn a 13.9 bone stock, some even hit as low as 13.6 with a very good driver. Good run, you must have that whipple whippin!

 

Before I had my cam, I had the opportunity to race a stock one. We went from a dig and he couldn't launch it well and starting spinning. By some miracle I launched and stuck real well and took him by a couple lengths to about 60. I shut down around 90ish because he was starting to catch up.

 

He definently would have pulled me if we woulda keep init... but I didnt... ha

Low to mid is not mucho boltons, that's like, 1 or 2 boltons.
