Exactly. Those AWD launches fry the clutch and can easily break drivetrain components.

If you take off like a normal person, its only going to run low 14's.

When i had my camaro i raced them all the time, and they didnt like to go from a dig because off the clutches and from a roll i always pulled them, 3 different cars all with my cousin in the car 280+lbs
They are light and pretty quick, the ones i raced had mufflers and thats about it

I rode a friend one of mine has sti. IT was very fast and very good traction! It does pull harder. I really like STI. They help traction alot. I compare from STI and EVO. It hard to say. But more likely I would say STI is still better than EVO. But I haven't ride on Evo yet.

I read up on them a little bit. The guy said his was just shy of 300 Wheel HP and other Sti's in that range run mid to high 12's with 1.7 to 1.8 60ft times. Anyway its cold up here 30 degrees and hanging with a AWD low 13 second car from a dig spinning the entire way was,,, well not good enough to win lol...

Those cars 1/4 are completely dependent on their 60ft. I have watched a few at the track, and when they get it dialed in run high 12's, but more often then not they were high 13's its a pain to lauch AWD.

For the size of your truck i would be very happy to hang with one! now get the tune and 4wd button fixed and destroy it next time

Your right about that had a buddy who had a stage 3 wrx wagon he couldn't launch for his life LOL. Most of those guys are to afraid to launch them hard cause they know they're ***** going to scatter.
