Can you do it at the track when traction is had?
No traction for one guy vs dead hooking for the other is a test to the setup but at the same time to say o i beat a guy bad because he coudn't hook...well you didn't beat a damn thing you hooked lol.
Both get traction your woned and you know it. Thats why you won't run the guy at a track more than likely because you know better.
Also the newest setup that makes 9's easy as hell hasn't been out long.

Street traction...well that can ALWAYS be a differant story lol.
Again i may have miss read your post about the 11.90's.

im not harpin on price just saying the facts if you want a lightning then build a lightning.we had a lot of fun with the lightning and it was fast i was just faster.answer me this why buy a lightning then gut it, strip it,turbocharge it?thats no lightning it a hull of a truck.thats for rich boys.heck what do i know.

Leave the truck itself alone basically full weight and 9's can be had.
I like Chevy i also like SVT not ford lol.
I'm just saying times have changed and a very fast street truck is easy and possible. Just cost a little coin.
Which is something i don't mind doin since i love spending money lol.
