IMO it sounded really good as he tried, but it wasnt enough, the guy had the thing nailed hit the rev limiter, He had exhaust system for sure.... We both meet at the light, he took the slow lane, I stepped into it a lil to clear some distance, notice the guy was still trying to ride my blind spot trying to make the lead, so a went in on it good both of us at the same exact time, and I still put almost a truck length on him before I made my turn. My 80e is slipping like a SOB, and the 4.88s got the truck still spining them. Lets me know I would have annihilated that HEMI once I swap my new trans in so it BITES & 4" exhaust welded up. Plus the big weight advantage he has over me, lets me feel real good about my truck, and the way it runs with 1000lbs of tools in the cargo.

thanks guys, it was kinda of unexpected, both of us was playing, at the jump, then all in..... he had that thing banging the rev limiter, as he tried to keep up at my side... He had a exhaust and prob a intake as well. Who knows what else he had done to it, but I have ran hemi's in the past, this one was quick, but not ready. Hot orange/red or something.... I was weighing in with way more weight than him in the Hoe.


I get tried almost daily. Truck is big and people want to get around it... or cut it off, or lineup. Plus if it looks sporty, they want to try you. I also find people who I see playing already...
