Default Had to put a GTP in his place this morning

There was some yoyo in front of me in his GTP this morning on the way to work driving 45 MPH in a 55 next to a big truck that couldn't get out of its own way. This guy was holding traffic back on purpose I swear. He keeps looking at me in his rear-view like he doesn't even care about the 2 mile line of cars behind him. The highway opens up from 2 lanes to 3 just momentarily and I pull over in the far right lane and do a casual 5th to 4th downshift with mid throttle, all of a sudden this boy sees me coming and I saw his car squat down and a puff of smoke come out his exhaust pipes, I said to myself "it's on now!" I clicked on down to 3rd gear then and let the 4.8 stretch its legs. At 50 we were side by side, 60 I was a truck and a half ahead and by 100 MPH he was dessimated! I had a good 8-10 vehicles on him. Just for the salt in the wound factor I tried slowing down enough for him to pull up next to me to go again, he wasn't havin' any. He stayed back for the next 10 miles on the way to work. Why do people drive this? It is beyond me. Why I drive 100 MPH on my way to work? Don't ask

It couldn't have been more than 4 years old. 2dr version with the supercharged badge. It wasn't one of the new ones with a V8.

I hear ya there.I HATE people like that.There's a couple GTPs I know of around here hitting mid-high 13s which isn't bad for a S/C V6.

That's pretty damn good for those... I've heard the new ones are even quicker.

I really hate that too!! Just the other day, there was a lady in the third lane holding up traffic at rush hour. The speed limit is 65, and you know people will do 70. She wasn't going to move at all. I kept giving her dirty looks, and waving my hands like WTF lady?! She knew that I was doing this. I finally got a break to get around her, and boy did I ever. I was doing about 55 and down shifted, I must have hit a patch of something, cuz the truck got sqwirly on me. I was like wooo......., I gave her a eat'n grin while driving by . She pulled into the next lane, like oh, am I holding up traffic? While doing this, I didn't notice the state trooper behind us. I was alittle nervous when I seen him . I slowed down and got into the second lane, like I didn't do anything wrong, he pulled up next to me and was shaking his finger, like don't do that again. Needless to say I drove home alittle more careful.
