Well last week finally instaled all my parts (see sig all except E fans).

And a good buddy of mine has an Evo 8. He works with me so it was bound to happen at one point or another.

So we went to lunch he had two passengers I had one I also have 22" rims (had to get that in at some point) we were both headed to the same place so the tention was building since before 11.

Hes in front of me as we make a right, him taking left me right, absolutely no one in our way. I pull next to him but i cant see the driver, but i can see his passengers everyone has just big ol stupid grins including me. We are right at a sweet 37-38 mph, at least for me i dont know about him, and we both nail it at the same time.

That damn Evo jumped a whole car out ahead so that his back bumper was right at my front, with him very slowly creeping away. I didnt even look at my speedo but we both just kept in it, ***** to the wall sorta speak.

I stopped his slow crawl away and turned it into the exact oppisite returning right to his back bumper/fender then we slow it down, the Evo driver didnt take his eyes off the road either but his passenger did say he snuck a peck at 110 in the Evo and we both agreed thats probably about where we let off.

After lunch the same race as mentioned above happened except on a three lane street with a poor little fart can, carbon fiber hood, bunch of sticker all over Honda was in the middle now that was cool cuase he actually reved it up and gave it a try, but in foresight it would of been funny if he woulda passed us both up but he was about 4-4 1/2 cars behind me again with me on the Evos a$$.

All in all I really am in love with my truck again after the mods and I was for sure happy with the performance even though i got beat it is just a little 4.8. I still gotta get a stall and more tunning but deffinitly a happy camper.
