Default '11 vert gt500 vs 05 silvo ss

So me and the old are driven home from dinner. We take a little long drive home jus to relax a little. And what do I see driven in my rearview. I see a black car with red racing stripes goin down the middle. So I start slowing down a little to see what it is. Turns out to be a shelby gt500 vert. So I slow down and let him catch up. We get goin about 40 45 I hear him get on it. So I let'er loose I jump him about half a car and it stays that way till 110 then we had to get out of it. So I was very pleased the way my truck pulled on him. Those cars aren't slow by any means but thought I would share my story with u guys! And as far as I know the gt500 is stock. My truck. 3200 stall cam lts and a lil giggle gas hahahaha

Do you drive around with your bottle heater on? Do you run NANO?
Impressive kill, I wouldn't have pictured that result...

Hahaha. I do run my bottle heater on at all times its a 05 awd 224 and a 150 shot. It was from a roll and I was told the guy jus got the car and wasn't the best driver. But that's what I was told. And its a wet shot also. And it said shelby gt500 on the rear and lisc plate but someone correct me if I'm wrong

And havnt ran my truck at the track yet with spray. Lookn for mid 12s on n2o. It runs 13.5 13.6 on motor and cuts 1.7 1.8 60's and that's race weight not street weight. And I ride around town in race weight hahaha

good work! Even though your racing in my neck of the woods, should of been a race for me! haha
There are at least 2 or 3 of the convertible GT500's around here guy's. I work with a guy that has a new gt500 vert as well.
