That small line at the radiator is what is used to vent air to the coolant tank. From the looks of that inline cap deal, you may could use the boss for a fitting to connect to that line. Keep in mind without using a res in the system you will have to stay super on top of your coolant level as there is no reserve and any fluid loss or air bubble will degrade performance.

Oh yea absolutely, granted my truck will rarely be street driven if at all and trailered to the track so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Got my Fuel cell, cell harness, and regulator. Should be able to start building all the lines tomorrow once the fittings and line get here. Went with a 15gal A1000 cell with a MagnaFuel Boost referenced Regulator.

Got all the fuel lines built tonight currently waiting on the local welder to get back to me about welding brackets on my cell, once he's done I can drill the bed for bulk head fittings.

Got the fuel system buttoned up for the most part. Really happy with how clean everything is turning out.. Waiting on a battery tray once I figure out where it's gonna go in the bed I'll run the pump harness and gets the trans cooler installed

This should help keep the trans cool, hopefully I'll get it mounted this weekend after I make some brackets...

Love the build. Super sweet setup, and very nice attention to detail. Can't wait to see it go!

One thought. Shouldn't you turn the fuel cell 180 so the pickup/pump is at the rear? Just thinking about starvation on hard launches and sustained G's.

Ok, and one more. You might want to reconsider gapping the top ring. With your goals, the temps are going to cause the ring to butt and you will eventually break a ring land.

Thanks I appreciate it! The cell is baffled so I don't have any worries with starvation... As far as the ring gap is concerned I wanted to see what this motor was capable of without having to dig into the motor too deep, it was built with the intentions of being on borrowed time...The sooner it pops the sooner it get a 408 lol

Looks awesome.

I'll be curious to see how the CX racing hot pipe kit holds up. It looks interesting for sure!

Where did you get the headlights and parking lights? Are they a decent quality? I like the way they look but aftermarket housings like that generally scare me... I have never had good luck.
