Have there been a lot of issues with the stock motor mounts? I know when I replaced mine @ 145k miles and 15-20k of those boosted, they were still in good shape. I think the OEM design is one of the best motor mount designs I've seen. Leaps and bounds better than the clamshell design of the SBC trucks.

My motor mounts have around 150K miles on them, since i have a side fender exit exhaust i could see how much movement the engine had wish is pretty much gone now, driverside stock mount was still good and the passenger side wasnt good (picture)

Had the mounts powdercoated before installing them (fitment is really good of these)

Fast forward ive been at the track a couple of times lately and broke my own record, from my last time posted:

11.70
124.5 MPH
60' 1.71
14-15psi
12 degress of timing
91oct pump gas + 50/50 meth
7400DA

to my current best ET:

10.71
137.2 MPH
60' 1.56
17psi
20 degress of timing
E85 + 50/50 meth
7300DA

So im finally in the 10Žs, my injector duty was at 97% so it was time to change them for bigger ones, wish i did 1500cc snake eaters, i installed them and copied the new tables in the tune file myself and made the mistake of confusing grams/second with lb/hr, i cranked the truck and tried starting it for to long making small adjustments in the tune wish where never enough, finally my tuner helped me out correcting the file and the truck started fine, drove for 5 minutes when it started smoking blue out of the exhaust like crazy, drove back home and opened the hood and the breater filter on the passenger side headcover made a mess spiting oil out wish i amused i had gotten to much fuel on the piston and kinda hydro locked the engine and broke a ring or a piston

Took the engine out and apart just to find out everything seems fine in there

-So far all i know is 6.3 quarts of oil came out of the engine and it smells like e85 and is very thin
-Took the turbo apart and the hot side it covered in oil, manifold is dry and so is the cold side
-Catch can had a lot of fuel in it

I have my theory of why it smoked but would love to hear yours aswell

If you put the lb/hr values in as g/s, you were calling for 8x the fuel needed and likely washed the cylinders and wore the rings.
How do the cylinder bores and oil rings look?
Did you do a compression test before you tore it apart?

Ive been working on my engine, so far i took the block to the machine shop and had it cleaned with a jet spray washer, installed new cam bearings and got the cilinders honed
Then i painted the block black wish i think turned out real nice, got me some sealed power e921k piston rings wish im installing with a 26 top and 28 bottom gap
