I got the truck idling a ton better. The throttle body is working great. I know I will probably catch some heat for this but next on the tuning front is to adjust idle to get a tad more lope out of it. Its a decent size cam for a blower, and I want it to be heard. Currently timing is at 25* as thats where I saw the best vacuum. I was thinking of dropping it to 22* or so to start. Any other pointers for slightly more chop that anyone can share?

I also decided to sack up and pulley down... this is where I will likely end up anyway.

3.2" pulley and I still have great belt wrap. With my other 100mm idler its even better...

It's hard to tell in the pics but I welded it and painted the hub to keep it clean.

Is the belt touching your inlet adapter piece?

Lower rpm and less timing will make it chop more, also run it a bit leaner.

Its close but no it isn't. The belt runs behind where it flares out. Tight fit though...

where did you get that blower pulley from? it looks like a stainless magnacharger brand pulley?

It came with my blower... but SCOL has had them in the past. I guess magnuson has been out of stock for a little while now.
