Great build.

What's your impression of the solid motor mounts?

I mean when the light goes green i would argue its a hybrid... burning gas and alcohol.

The truck is running strong. I have only gone WOT once and it was on low timing, with low shift points, but it felt good.

I had a few issues to iron out. The first is my IAT's are higher than they should be. I had a bunch of air in the system that I got out last night, so I will see how that improves things but I expect a pretty big difference. Pat and I have been bouncing a few ideas back and forth on this issue. First thing we have discovered, based on other peoples tests, is that we are not anywhere near the capability of the magnuson IC. Things like increased pump flow and ice cold coolant temps still make drastic differences. The second is that we are likely at the capacity of the HX. Fairly easy solution there... but not a whole lot of actual unbiased experience out there to learn from.
The second problem I am running into is that boost drops at higher RPM. One of two things is happening: Belt slip, or I am out flowing the TB. I doubt its belt slip as I have a 3.4" rip cut pulley on there at the moment. I shouldn't be running into any issues. I will say that my belt alignment is not 100% perfect, but its damn close. I don't think its enough to cause belt slip issues. I also have fantastic belt wrap on the blower pulley. Out flowing the TB... interesting concept. If I move enough air to create enough vacuum between the throttle body and the blower rotors not only will that reduce the blowers ability to output air, but I could start to slightly crack open the internal bypass. I will get to the bottom of this one before long.

With any luck I will be able to give it another run tonight to dial in WOT a little more and I am going to try to make it to the track Friday night.

Do you have any threaded ports on the blower behind the tb and infront of the rotors? Would be relatively easy to hook a vacuum gauge up to it and see if you have a pressure drop at higher rpm. What size TB is on there?

No threaded, just vac ports. ( you had a TVS) still just as easy. He has 90mm, problem is there isn't a reliable option for a 102

I thought it was popular on those to port the inlet and drill and tap 2 new holes for the TB. That's how the inlet is on my whipple anyway.
