My custom one off fuel cell is finally done - 100% stainless steel made by the guys over at Ricks Hot Rod Tanks in Texas... ask for Hector...

The entire fuel system ran just over $3500...

enjoy the pics...

This is a surge tank, meaning my stock oem tank will still be used, this tank was fitted to mount between my frame rails where my spare tire used to be. The OE tank will fill this one, and this one will vent/overflow back into the OE tank.

this sucker will drink fuel -

WOW!!!!!!! That's a beautiful tank! Never thought about putting a surge tank where the spare tire used to be. 6 Gallons should be more than enough. Most that I've read about are only a gallon or 2.

I like the fact you went with a surge tank. If I was doing a fuel system thats what I would have done as well.

Rick built me a Radiator overflow tank to replace the crappy plastic white one..
He also built me a coolant resvior for my SC.

The guys who built the fuel cell is Ricks Hot rods in texas - hector, they know their ****. I also worked with aeromotive who supplied all of the AN fittings, lines, rails, regulators, etc for the build. It was Jesse at aeromotive that got me hooked up with them in the first place. This tank took 6 weeks to make - they had an 04 ecsb shop truck that they used to mock it up.

THANK YOU JASON! Look, at the end of the day, I would be able to do ANY of this build... without the help and support of this forum, silveradoss.com, and a few others... many of you remember my truck when I first started out, a far cry from what it is or what it will be - I owe that to all of help from you guys.
