Twin build

So I have been trolling around a lot and reading and got the bug for boost when I bought a 02 WRX. I was in the middle of taring my truck down at the time any way, so it was on the blocks to be my new project.
I have been at it for a few months its been a slow process because I am part hunting and busy with work, but I figured I would throw up a thread because its cold and wet out=no motivation to work on it lol.
Plans
Engine
Stock 5.3l block
cam
push rods
ls9 head gaskets
head studs
valve springs
high volume oil pump
double roller timing chain
Fuel
surge tank up top
two walbro 255 pumps
60lbs bosh injectors
fuel rails
Exhaust
custom headers
50mm tail waistgates
Garrett 57mm T3 turbos
aem wide band
On to the pics.
Started out as a just lets clean up this abused pig.
Together

bed off. Some of that is rust but not a lot. most of it is the old under coat from Zebart. It never dried up and stayed tacky for ever. I live down a dirt road and it stuck like a magnet. Stuff will not wash off and is the reason I started this whole thing. I will NEVER do that again to any car. Worst stuff ever!!

Cab ready to come off

Cab off

Cleaning the frame. Used paint stripper from Home Depot and the power washer. Sprayed it on let it sit then washed it off. This is before I started stripping it down.

Painted it with por15 next. DONT GET IT ON YOUR SKIN!!! It will not come off. This is with one coat of POR on it. I did two more coats and then two top coats. It smoothed out the rough spots a lot.

On to the motor
Fuel surge tank

Cabs time to get por15

Cab going back on

Turbo

Ok this is where I am now. I have the passanger side turbo, but have to figure out what to do with the wiring harnes running over teh hot side. I was thinking of wraping it in something to protect form the heat. What should i wrap it in?
Also should i run turbo blankets? pros cons?
I am thinking of building a bracket to hold the wires up out of the way but have to get the brake booster back on and mastercylinder.

I need to still install the other turbo wire in fuel injector connectors and plumb everything. Fuel, vacuum lines, oil lines and hook up a bunch of wires.
Ill try to keep this up to date as possible. Any input is welcome. Its been a slow long process and am pumped to get this done!
Also if this is in the wrong section just let me know.

Got half of my injector connectors wired in and cleaned up a bit.

Played with the intercooler piping next. Got it all routed and close to where it needs to be just need to get some different boots to hook up to the turbos and clean all the dust off! lol stuff has been sitting for a bit.

Just need to trim the head light mounts put them back in and should be good.
Any ideas on how to hook up the wastegate to the dp. this is what i have. I am running different turbos that's why it isn't lining up like originally planed.

Got some work done the past few weeks. Just little stuff tho.
Got the Y pipe hooked up to the down pipes

Got both turbos mounted up and both waste gates hooked up too. Just needed to clock the on and motivate it with a pry bar and lined up perfect.

Got the intake on and figured out a good spot for the MAF to go. Its a tight fit but should work ok.

I also have the other side of injectors wired in and coils on with the spark plug wires routed are hooked up away from all the heat. I now have both turbos back off and the down pipes off so i can warp them in exhaust wrap.
