I can't believe how fast turbo spins at idle.

Good to see you got everything together, but you know just because its spinning doesnt mean its spooled right?

I must have messed something up in my tail shaft seal, because it is leaking bad! All the jockeying around of the trans on the install messed up the seal i think. I hope the bushing is not bad also.

Well I found out where my trans fluid is spewing out of, upper vent hose which dumps out on top of transfer case. I did my own pump modification with the little spring install. I must have frigged something up...??

update: Thinking it may be just over filled, topped it off in my drive way which has a pretty good angle to it. I will check tomorrow when I have some more light, getting dark early these days...

Trans is fixed, it was the gasket between the pump and pump housing.
However, I was seeing small bronze gold specs in the oil so I tore it down to find this...

Never ends!! Ordered new bearings and will double check thrust clearance.

I finally finished my fuel line plumbing and I messed up the return. Never run your return to you smaller second tank above spare tire. I had fuel pooring out of my evap canister. Looks like I need to put it into main tank... More work! never ends...

This seems likea no brainer. At idle you should be returning as much as you are using from one single big pump.
