Static Z
Figured I'd share my z71 pile. Always wanted a z71, 3 years ago I picked this one up thinking I wasn't going to mod it. Well that never goes as planned right?
Day I bought it, with feed in the bed and ashes in the tray.
Kept it Z height for a whole minute along with black 17s
Then came the headers and magnaflow and tru cool blah blah blah all that stuff
Decided to build a 4l65 witch was surprisingly easy and toss it in with a FTI 3200 converter.
Lowered it more. hanger, shackles, c notch in the rear. HD keys and belltech spindles in the front along with belltech shocks on all four corners.
That's where she sits as of now. Trick flow 220/224 and 243s going in soon plus some nitrous when the extra cash allows. Adding a hellwig front sway bar and a Tahoe rear sway bar in the rear. Might as well have a truck that's fun in the corners instead of just straight always.

I haven't updated in a long time. Currently building an LQ4 for my truck, BTR cam, milled 317s, stock bottom end, meling pump. Just the normal stuff. This 5.3 just reached 249k miles and it definitely shows, so time for a new engine.
Heres a pic of the new shoes, it's been raining here so we haven't been able to hit the track yet
