So did rear axle bearings, not my vibration issue. Had a crack in the brake shoe on driver's side... Figured I bought the parts and I had already drained the damn rear end I might as well go in and do the bearings.

Ohh and my Hemi wipes the floor with this truck for MPG.

Next thing is belts and idler pulley since it is squealing so bad my wife compaines she can hear it in the house.

Did you check the axle shaft for run out?

Uncle had issues with same vibe, it was his transfer case bearings... had play he could move the rear driveshaft up and down a small amount ... just something else to look for.

Vibration is gone... Diaginal crack in the drum brake shoe was catching on deacceleration.

That may also help out the poor gas mileage you mentioned.
