I have some left over raamat from my ext cab im going to put up there, but it almost sounds like something flimsy inside the wall or back corners...

 

Are those damn cab vents falling apart. Those plastic pressure vents that are on each side of the rear cab wall?

 

I suspected those but I took them out and it still does it...

 

Where did you get the reservoir? How much?

 

I got it from Mitch, but I think he had a guy in bham make it for him. The front says MPFab

 

yup, Walker Morgan of MPFab custom made it for me. check out MPFab.com if youre interested. you can just call him and say you saw the coolant reservoir that he made for Mitch and he will know what youre talking about

Yeah, Curt's kit is beautiful. I was lucky enough to see it in person, truly a work of art

 

that's some pretty beads. I checked out his website, looks like he does some good work!

 

Ball joints suck. I didnt even bother with the lowers since they seem fine. I may do them later if I get bored. New tie rods with the sleeves seem pretty stout, that pitman arm is a **** to get off, and I suck at flaring hard line.
