Thanks, remember how long they are by chance?
The bolts I have now bolt into the original flange on my axle, which is a 92. Whats the clearance between the flange and the tube? Looks tight...

30mm of thread and 40mm long... of course the only one I can find doesn't work.
You can always have extra threads but not enough will screw you...
BTW set the pinion up 5 degrees and set the new flanges on at 45 degrees. That way your disc will then be clocked correctly.

I made fitment around .010 oversized. Clean the tube with something non- agressive first to remove the scale... the tubes are not perfectly round because its a welded seem tube.

The paint I used is appearently thicker than I thought, once I scraped some off it fits perfect.
My brakes have been off 90 degrees since I reused the stock flanges, so I was just going to eye ball it to 45 degrees offset than those
Heres a pic so you guys are happy

yep, thats the plan. I dont feel a need to be too exact since, like I said, they worked perfectly fine being 45 degrees off, so 1 or 2 wont be a big issue.
