For the turbo code replace vgt soleniod, the ignition code is from an old PPE tune that still has ghost in your ecu or the tune was returned to stock and not done properly. The other code is from a dirty chassis ground. I've been building Duramax trucks for about 16 years, I've had everyone but an LLY. So I know most of the stupid stuff that pops up. I haven't forgotten about you brother I'm just stupid busy with work and come home exhausted and ready to eat and go to sleep. I'll pm you and get your number...

@smokinlmm Shoot me a PM when you get a chance all good man I know what it is like. No they do not. Just a safety inspection.
Edit:
I haven't gone back to check on the truck with a scanner recently so I have yet to see P003A come back, only P2563. Next week when I get back from a work trip I will check for codes.
P2610 I have read a lot about the PPE tune. I wonder if I can just go to the dealer and have the reflash it back to stock? Wonder if that would clear it...
P2510 I did not know there was a chassis ground that caused this. I will have to dig into this some more.

I do have a job...
Saying that though there is not a lot they'd be willing to do I would assume. I'm not interested in a long legal battle and the truck does still run and drive and will continue to do so, just not very efficiently. It sucks but I'd rather me fix it than them. Just the gamble I took and the price I pay

At MINIMUM you can call and tell them the issues and ask "So what are we going to do about this". At MINIMUM they should have a 1,000 mile warranty on used vehicles they sell.
Again, best case- they do it all. Worst case, you can get a new turbo at cost.
This is 110% worth a phone call.

Thank you wretched. I do not mean to sound rude or condescending and I do appreciate the help. I will see what I can do about giving them a call. Easy to post on the board hard to have a long call lol
Thank you again and I am hearing you. I will need to come up with a nice way to speak with them.

I deal with **** like this all day. Vendor relations is 50+% of my job.
"After driving the truck about 400 miles I have several check engine light codes come up. How do you think we should handle this?"

Yeah, you're well past them being required to do anything. This is one of the few good things about social media, nobody wants bad publicity. You could send them an email if you got just a couple minutes. Hi, I just bought a pickup from you (truck info). After about 400 miles, I started getting several codes (codes). I'm a mechanic or sort of, and you believe its the turbo and maybe the ECU. (just tell em what happened as clean as you can), and I know you are not legally obligated to help me fix this, but I was hoping you would be willing to offer some kind of help since this happened so soon after the purchase. Could you offer any options to help me fix my new truck? Thank you, (contact info email and phone). at your earliest convenience
For all you know they have spare ECUs and turbos sitting on the shelf that will sell to you if you send em yours and pay for shipping. The longer you wait to contact them, the less they are going to be involved. After working at a dealership, I would honestly expect them to at least offer to get you the parts at cost. Even if that needs to be down the road, they can make a note of it and do it later.
The ECU is something that can be temperamental. There may have been problems before, that they just couldn't reproduce or answer, and may have just not been able to get the right codes at the right time.
