looking at the two pics really show how a roll pan can clean up the back and give it a sporty look

Dusty.....haha, maybe worry about your front end first?

Roger it's going to look awesome after you get it all smoothed out and bring that color up on the gate!

Was waiting on someone to give me poop about having to mark the ends of the pan RH/LH. Bout 3 times I almost trimmd the wrong side while it was on the stands.

Question for the guys in the know with body work. What do I need to do to seal up the welded area's before I put down some filler. Do I spray some epoxy sealer before I put filler down?

your skills are really impressive. Some day I'd like to be able to do stuff like this (and of course a nice garage to work in would help too lol). Where'd you learn all this?

I really wanted to say that I was proud you didnt put it on backwards lol, or upside down. Its gonna look good. Any more thoughts on the bracing? If it has a rolled edge it gets pretty stout pretty fast IMO

LMAO, Backwards would have been hard to do

It has a rolled edge and is firm along the bottom. It doesn't need bracing but I'll prolly put them on just cause I'm ****.

Thanks. It's honestly all in the tools. I read a lot and the TV shows on the weekends are really informative. Helps to stay at Holiday Inn occasionally. Then its just a matter of taking the plunge.

Traveling all week so back at it today.

Don't know if this is what I'll ultimately keep but needed something to keep the exhaust off the pan when I drive it. Some cheap galvanized dumps from Auto Zone. Just tacked on. I like it.

It does keep the exaust tucked up along the side like I want.

I like it, too. I say keep it or maybe get some nice chrome ones. Truck looks sweet.

Bassani makes a nice 3" turn down:
