Thanks guys. The wire I cut was the fuel pump relay control...green/white. Still left on the agenda is a new coolant tank, install the meth kit, finish installing the n2o kit, get the BCM installed to get the FPCM running, and make some changes to the pump controller. And yes, lots and lots of tuning lol.
