Quick update.

Got the truck all put together a few months ago. Got the tuning almost finished. Found out that the 8.1 injectors are over maxed at 5psi, which is what we figured. I got some ZL1 injectors with ls1 adapters on them. I am going to make a small spacer when tightening down the rails.

I will say the on3 kit went together beautifully. We didn't have any fitment issues, and so far I am very happy with it.

I was hoping to get a little bit more of a lope at idle, but I can always turn it down. Eventually, I will put a less negative overlap cam in it, but for now it drives great.

Bought some ls9 injectors and installed them with the FIC truck adapters. They seem to have fit great. The tune doesnt seem too far off with their data, so hopefully here within the next week we can see some good boost runs.

 

would you happen to have the part number for the fic truck adapters?

 

I called FIC and talked to the guys. They were very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about. Just the adapters were not listed on their website.
