No grease on yhe ball homer. It attracts dirt which turns into sand paper for your ball and tongue. Better for your ball to be dry in this case

Also look into tank covers so the propane hoses dont dry rot. Did they forget to put fender extenders on ypur trailer? Looks like the tires stick out a hair.

Not sure if you know or not but don't back up with the sway bar attached the two torsion bars are fine but not the sway bar at least mine I can't and it looks pretty similar to yours. And about the power thing you should look into some solar panels to charge your batteries for the trailer if you decide to buy some for it.I know harbor freight has some pretty cheap panels that you can wire uP to your batteries it would be worth looking into it to be self efficient and would power everything on your trailer but the ac. Truck looks sick tucked away securely in that trailer. What's the total length with trailer and van all hooked up? Looks a little sporting trying to navigate all that around that street

dukes of hazzard style !! lol i bet it opens enough to squeeze threw . but ive seen some race trailors have a door there in the side that u can open so you can open your door all the way.
