So I painted a few things, got all the center caps painted as well as the bow-tie up front. I have to admit, not really all that happy with either of them.
I'm gonna paint the hubs and get some black lug nuts and see how much better I like or don't like the wheels without the center caps.

What do you guys think, yay or nay?

Haha, you should do it!! They really are just a cheaper version of our trucks, they have the same chassis and drivetrains just different bodies. They are more useful, but just less cool. Maybe one day there will be enough of us to make them cool! lol
Yeah, I think that bumper will really weigh me down but Diesels don't care dude!!

There's a guy on a diesel forum who rolls around with 800lbs in tools, plus the same steel bumpers and he's pulled 25mpg's with his van on certain occasion. So I think I should be ok.

I beleive there are a few differences in regards to suspension but as far as chassis they are all the same I believe, but I'm not sure. The vans are rated the same as trucks when it comes to chassis (1500, 2500, 3500) and aside from the transmissions (as far as the diesel is concerned) they are all the same. So the HD vans have full floaters in the rear, etc...
There are guys that really know more about vans that I do but I would say they are generally the same. I'll measure my wheel base but I have a standard length van as opposed to the extended ones which are about 2' more in length.

You'd love to take that full floater off my van wouldn't you!!
The towing benefits of it are worth more than the visual benefits. I did get some clear markers today for the van so that orange crap will be gone! Off to go paint some more **** on the van!

Anywho, I can always change it and try it another way.

Nope I follow... They just have a weird arch to them toward the bottom so it was tough to see that. I'm a fan of the look... been rockin it on my Denali for 2 years in a month or so.
