Default Project Boo$ted 08 SRT 8 Jeep WK1 392" hemi, Procharged

Doin this for a customer kinda neat build that's different from the main stream.
These things are pretty bad *** from the factory, this one is no slouch by any means. Running 11.40's@118 1/4. Stock 6.1L with a D1 Procharger @ 10psi.
The upgrades:
Forged 6.1L stroked to 392"
K1 crank, Manley rods, custom Wiseco Dished Pistons tool steel Pins.
Cnc ported factory 6.1L Castings hand finished
Hand ported stock intake
Custom LSX Automotive and Performance Blower Camshaft
SHR Viking transmission
Pro torq 3600 stall
Fore tripple pump E85 fuel system
Big *** injectors
Upgrade to F1a-r Procharger and go to big boy boost

Anyhow here's the baseline on our Local Heatbreaker dyno and a vid. I keep you guys updated on the Progress. This is my Personal first Jeep and I plan to Get more into the Hemi market here in 2015.
Assembled Shortblocks
CNC ported 6.1l castings
Custom Cams
Full Builds like this one installed in house

Ya I'm excited.. I dropped the engine, parts are slowly coming in for it.. PWR originally supplied the shortblock but it sat too long at another local shop that wasn't able to do the work, and got too much dirt in it for my comfort so I'm pulling it down and cleaning it up a bit while I'm waiting to get the parts here. Also sent the converter back to pro torq and had it loosened up a bit. We pulled the heads off the ok engine come to find out it had a broken ringlands and broke the piston on cylinder three.. Lol it's a wonder it ran so good had no idea of any issues. Kinda crazy

Here's the damaged cylinder on stock block. It's a wonder there was no signs of this prior, just lucky I guess. With the carbon build up on it this is not a recent failure. There was also a pretty decent grove in the chamber from this.. I sent the pic to the owner and he said "that must've been why that plug had a closed gap last summer lol" ha luckily there were no grooves or anything in it.

The new shortblock is assembled.. I went through and checked everything out and opened up the ring gaps a bit, since were changing blowers to the F1a-r-94 an gonna lean on it a bit harder than the guy who assembled it first knew. The fuel system showed up from fore innovations today it's a dual pump design in the oe tank I'll take pics of that during assy.

Did Builder Bob build the Trans for ya? I got a chance to hang out with the Jeep crowd - Paramount, Stage 6, Kings, TTC, Hemi Shop...etc down in VA for a SRT shootout. All the guys seem nice and have solid builds.

I actually put a 76mm rear mount on a jeep two years ago in my garage. I love these things.

Good luck
