thanks bro, it was my first time trying something like that, I mean, I've used fiberglass for various things before, but never on a finished dash piece. Trust me when I tell you I'm no expert

sorry bro, not gonna happen

I know Fogle was interested in doing this as a service, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to sponsor BCIII

only thing I'd do different is finish the area completely flat before cutting the holes, would make the final prep and paint much easier.

man!, after the wet sand, everything blended perfect, where as before, it was almost perfect, so now the last and final coat of trim black paint is drying, and I should be able to re-install the dash piece with gauges mounted tomorrow.

Any interest in seeing a pic of everything mounted up and back on the truck? or has everyone seen enough pics by now?

Update:

Well hells yeah! I am MUCH happier with the finished product today
Yesterday the finish was little to glossy and a little to black to be an exact match.
Today I was able to get it just about perfect, with the right amount of semi flat finish and the right shade of black.
I am very happy with the end product now!
here is a side by side comparo of yesterdays and todays:
................yesterday(close).................. .................................................. ...........................today(better)
