quick update, been sick as a dog this past week, but I managed to get out in the garage today and do a little work.

This pic kinda shows what the finished product will look like. This was my last test fit before the final coat of paint goes on. Since the paint finish in this pic has already been sanded for that final coat, you can't really see what the semi flat finish will look like yet, should have that done tomorrow or so.

Looks good man wish I had the knowhow to do that kind of work. I can turn wrenches but fiberglass and all that kind of **** own me

That looks great! Thats some good work. Is the fiberglass textured like the rest of the dash? Sure looks that way.

Yes, the gauges are 2 1/16" or 52mm, whichever you prefer. All I'm waiting on now is paint to dry

progress, ok, almost there now. Here's an almost finished pic, just need to let the paint dry over night, then tomorrow I will wet sand it with some 1000grit to dull the finish out and get rid of three pieces of dust in the paint.
