here's an example of what comes out of the block, there were very few threads that didn't have a slight hang up at some point during the process, I highly recommend this step NOT be skipped

damn, it's like christmas around here today

new 200amp alternator showed up today, 105amps at idle

biggest one gm makes is a 160 smp for the police package, i have the same one and its a beefed up 145 amp alt.

Tell you what grippy, it pains me to see how deliberately (anally ) you are working (I don't have the patience)....but if I ever had someone else work on my truck, I would want them to be EXACTLY like you......
