Holy god is this ever a long thread, any plans for a finished project or are you going for a internet record, very detail oriented tho, good luck.

 

Yeah for sure....I've outlined a plan to finish her up now that I'm back on shore duty for the next few years. This is my rough plan of attack:

1. Stance (i.e. suspension/has to sit just right )
2. Look (install the color-matched pcs I have on shelves and some minor paint work)
3. Drive-ability (lower stall from 2800 to 2500rpm/switch from Detroit Locker to Eaton Posi)
4. Interior (sound deadner/stereo system/alarm)
5. engine bay details (general layout)
6. traction! (street and track)
7. Exhaust (quiet it down some)
8. Brakes (upgrade with either calipers or calipers/rotors)
9. get that damn wax off the frame

Thanks. I bought it from a guy named Robert that runs a late model Silverado Salvage Yard in Chatsworth. They are NOS products from the OE manufacturer.
