intercooler elbows installed with Earls stat-o-seals using Parker O-ring lube:

lower intake manifold O-Rings installed with Parker O-Ring Lube:

dollop of high temp silicone where the two ends meet:

every SS bolt that doesn't get Locktite gets anti-seize:

bits that like to hide in nooks and crannies (DON'T FORGET TO CLEAN YOUR NOOKS AND CRANNIES!!):

I'm about done assembling for the night, I need to stop by Earls tomorrow and pick up a few things and I need to re-polish the whole assembly with the pink liquid polish and seal it(see pic below):

Devin, I would have thought that Eaton would have popped for a TVS2300 as a promo by now. I just can't believe they are not aware of what you are doing... and your meticulous attention to detail.

I'd start asking for free ****... all they can do is say no...

LOL Bro , it's not about free parts for me, just trying my best to do it right the first time I'm itching to drive this beast again!
besides, what I'm doing and what Eaton does are at opposite ends of the HP world I'd imagine
