No problem man. I was really happy with the changes they made. However the Cal's stiffened things back up again.

Also, caught this out of the corner of my eye driving today! Another GMC RST, red 2006! Guy just bought it from Texas and drove it to South Carolina. Ow well, I told him i'm sure a lot of people will think his truck is mine. However, theres a little difference under the hood.

Mcgaughys part number 33036

Best price I found was Ebay. (better then Jegs and Summit Racing)

I don't know what your cr on your 4.8 but I would think 160psi. Is low.

To check for correct compression I would need to run the engine to full operating temp, then remove all the plugs and crank it. The purpose of my test was to make sure 7 was still on par with the other holes.

Update: Well just got back in town from a 10 day trip. Got the truck apart and in progress. The damn pilot bearing kicked my butt, but two puller setups later I got it out. I read in aother 4l80E swap you can leave it in, this is NOT correct and will only make install the transmission twice like me.
Also, take a look at that awesome drain plug from the NV3500. Looks like the 600+ TQ was working it over pretty good. Clutch looks wore out, but did a Hell of a job. I'm trying to keep the center seat, looks like the B&M will clear it. The picture is where its mounted location.
