Chamfered both sides of the washers (they’re flat unlike the head bolt style washers with the generous factory chamfer) for the head studs and started roughing up the head surface side. The chamfer relieves the sharp edge which allows the fat surface of the nut to more fully engage/spread the load on the washer. The roughing up on the head surface side keeps the washer from spinning and acting like a bearing which should make for more accurate torque.

I thought about doing that to an adapter fittings and drilling them out, but i came to the conclusion it would weaken the threads on the small side by taking out the extra material. No worries of that?

I didnt think about that but it doesn’t look to be or feel questionable. Plus they aren’t seeing a load like hanging a weight off them. I don’t think anyways. I think they’ll hold up to max of 80psi-ish fuel pressure.

I wish the back chamfer bit I want wasn’t $342.00 because I have a cool idea for the injector holes.

I opened up some of my fittings like that years ago when I did my fuel system. Worked just fine.

I did think about chamfering them also but just said meh, not necessarily hanging weight but the threads when tightening. Mostly only the bigger ones but ive had to tighten the snot out of some of my fragola fittings and some still seep a little.
Just thought id ask.

My bad...I don’t mean to come off douchey if I did I apologize. That’s the last thing I want to be viewed as. Anywho yeah my fingers are crossed none leak. Did you use a AN assembly lube and anti-seize thread sealant on the fittings? That may or may not help with the seeping. I’ve personally never had to tighten AN fittings real tight but that could be luck and not having messed with as many as others.

put a dab of vasoline on the tapered portion of the fitting when installing.

i actually figured this out after assembling a few lines and air pressure checked them and couldnt get them to seal, dab of oil and they were good all the sudden. I wont go into detail but i do think fragola has some slight issues on some fittings ive found out.

and no worries petro, i overthink everything usually..

Since I’m using the 1” blower spacer I needed longer bolts. Well on one part of the case I couldn’t fit the longer bolt because of the drive gear overhang. So I ordered some double ended studs along with these nice 12pt stainless nuts. Some other trick pieces I have coming are some A4 stainless spherical washers to match the flat hex head conical seat bolts I replaced with studs. ARP is super proud of these too

Helluva time finding A4 stainless M6 Spherical Washers 12mm od.....Got these from the UK. I also ordered some A-788 Splash zone to redesign port entries and lower manifold floor.
