upper barb is the entry point to the tank so that hose would be coming from the blower; the lower barb is the exit point so from there it would go to the I/C pump (about a 3-4" length of 3/4" heater hose), then from the I/C pump to the H/E, then from the H/E to the blower.

if you download a copy of the install manual for the magnacharger, you can pretty much figure out the hose routing from there on. Although Grip did a pretty good job of explaining it already. Even the wiring is identical with the exception of 1-relay vs 3-relays.

When I had Grip's blower, that is what I did. Followed it to a "T" and it worked very well. All in all the install was fairly easy with his setup.

Did you find out where the polished fuel rail went?
