you might be right but i see it more likely that the tranny went out and sent debri everywhere wich pluged up the cooler. the only thing that can plug the cooler is debri from the tranny. kind of the chicken or the egg debate.

Are you not worried about the Blowoff venting fuel and air out then it pops? Just a thought...

Every once in a while it would make a noise while backing up after the over heat. Trans didnt actually let go until about 5 months later...

Reaction carrier planet died, lack of oil. Plates and disks looked good, trans was pretty clean.

Like I said, I'm the only one I've heard of, but I personally will never buy another aftermarket plate style cooler.

The car is BAD ***, got any more pics of the inside?

yeah, we could have planed that better but that is how it worked out. i have seen many alkey injection set ups that sprayed before the bov including my truck. there wont be a lot of fuel. i will let you know if it blows up.

we wanted to get a little fuel upstream of the intake to give it time to cool the charge air.

Can you flip that pipe so the blow off valve is in front of the injector? Of course that is that much less time for the air/meth to mix and cool.

it would mess up the look if we did that. i am not too worried about it. it wont be spraying much meth at all. it will be all vapor and shut off as the tb is closing. considering the air will be hot and a large volume of it and just one injector i think the mixture will be real thin and not even visable when it blows off. those injectors will only be on above 5psi.

on the flip side if we see fuel spraying out when we let off then i will re work it.
