It doesn't have the top bolt but from what I'm reading that shouldn't be an issue? It seems to have the bolt holes for the neutral switch. So that's the major concern right?
What are you doing for programming? Efilive, hptuners, etc? I was sold on Frosts sales pitch only to be left with more troubles than the overpriced harness worth. I'll dig a bit to find some helpful info for your conversion.

I have hptuners. My buddies got efiLive if need be. I've read the new beta for hptuners should allow me to get access to all the tables and DTC codes that need deleted....but who knows, i'm sure there will be a hiccup, there always is.

Got the 60e out. Got the 80e in.

For some reason, my truck has the 2nd gen T-Case, even though that change didnt happen until 2010 or 2011, and my truck is an 07? Someone has deff be in there before because not only is that T-case from a newer vehicle, the top bolt of the transmission was never put back...

Anyways, long story short the damn T-case is in a bunch of pieces still because the new input shaft was 3 teeth too big on the outer gear.

Well. It's been as much fun as I was expecting so far.

Correct input shaft arrived....now the original snap ring that I used to hold the 27 spline input shaft is too thick!? (too thick to seat properly in the notch)

Anyone experience this crap?

That's what I was thinking but all I have is a small wheel grinder. Like a 6"...need to run to my buddies with a belt sander.

Looks like we took apart more than we needed too. And now that it's been more than a week I cant remember exactly were this goes?

Is it part #27 on the diagram below?

Looks like it was the "oil pump wave washer." Moved it last night, T_case is back together.
