Did you buy the complete short block from Texas speed of all the parts and assemble them at home?

Not much new to report, gathering parts. I got all my GM stuff, sensors, gaskets, head gaskets etc. This will be 100% new, nothing off of the current motor. Well, not all new. All the covers I pulled off an extra 6.0 block and media blasted, washed and painted and cleared. My oil pump is in the mail, Ill be running LS9 Valve covers and coils, going to paint the valve covers (most likely Candy Red) Here are some random pictures.

I tried clear on a few engine pieces. It yellows over time. I would sugest against it
