Man that's a lot of work but they are turning out awsom. I'm doing a similer thing a '78 ex-cab. Found a short box for it. Ended up swapping all the body stuff over to a 20000 Chevy frame and kept the 5.3/4l60. Also sealed the firewall so the ac and pedals all bolt right in. Droped the body down as far as I could do the 35" tires fill the wheel openings the way I like. Also added the leather seats and center council out of the Chevy. Now I'm doing the body work and priming. Tons of work but bad *** when there finished. Nice to know some one else like that sort of thing. Good work man

Still in process of getting a proper "tune" in Eco 1. Its been very hot again and do not have A/C system charged yet.
I have driven a total of 580 Miles so far.
Started on in cab things now. Eliminating some of the electrical thats simply not needed.
Just a big heap of wiring and electrical components on floor. No room for passenger seat.
A few more pics taken over the weekend . .

approx 5000 miles on Eco1 so far. Have been to AutoCross and also to the dyno and Dragstrip.
With a very poor tire where I had to launch from idle it ran a 13.036 @ 104.57 mph on a high temp night with temps from high 80's into the mid 90's.
Dyno it made 405/532 @ the tire. (dyno could not load properly so not full boost over 4000 rpm)

Eco2 making very very slow progress, but progress.
Pretty much have all the front inner structure figured out and tacked together. Managed to fit all the '15 components under hood. Quite a bit of fabrication tho.
Very little room left but still very easy maintenance once the airbox is out of way which takes about one minute to do.
Had to do some mods to core support to make it all work. One was notching the upper portion for the functional Cold Air Intake setup.
Inner fenders needed a bunch of mods too.

The eco boost motors have always intrigued me due to the light weight and mega torque.
I really want to put one in a small size rock bouncer and lit it rip, the problem comes in that they seem to go for $5000-7500 CAD for a donor motor. Am I missing something? or just not looking in the right places?
Sweet trucks by the way, kudos to keeping them all ford

I bought a wrecked truck with 6400 miles on it for 3250.00 plus tax n fees. Sold almost 1500 in extra parts so far. That gave me engine, transmission, computer all wiring, interior, steering suspension and 14" brakes. 2nd truck was cheaper yet that engine has 2500 miles on it. 3rd truck 2350 plus tax n fees.
Sell parts not needed and it's dirt cheap.
