And still be slow because you can't put 500hp to the ground in a fwd car. Lol

I got the honda because it was offered. I've always kind of liked the preludes.
I needed a reliable vehicle. Thats that. It has cold a/c, power windows, power sunroof, power locks, and cruise control. None of which i had with the truck. Sure it was fun, quick, blah blah blah. If any of you were in my same shoes you would've done the same.

Anyways... Once i finish these last 2yrs of my bachelors degree then i will get another toy.

Y'all are some haters

Anyways.... back to the thread.

Corey, the truck should run like a bat outta hell man! Goodluck

Not true. With slicks and traction bars and with the correct setup you can get it to the ground. Same with a truck or a rwd car. With 500hp your gonna blow the tires off with street tires, thats why we use slicks. You know this is a true statement, Clint does it with well over 500hp in his civic...
BTW Sorry Corey to jack up your thread with all this ricer talk lol

They can make fun all they want on the car but I love my wife's civic si. Its an 09 4 door with nav and sunroof, all the goodies and still knocks down 31mpg at 75 on the highway. Theyre good little cars and fun in the twisties, just slow as Corey in the straights.

Alex, does yours have the vtec crap? That **** really does feel like you hit it with a 50 shot at 6000

Well almost all the parts are on order and hopefully will be arriving sometime next week, hopefully i will be able to start tearing it down by next weekend. I still need to get some new injector orings and front main seal. I should be able to pick those up next week.

well waiting for parts to arrive i went ahead and got my injectors all cleaned up. I swapped the orings off of a set of injectors i had laying around from my TBSS intake swap. I even made my own injector harness to clean them, worked pretty good.

harness

injectors stripped and cleaned

injectors all assembled using a little vasoline

Also i went ahead and ordered some 3.5 piping and mandrel bends and new 3.5 magnaflow muffler. So i am getting rid of the 3.0 catback in favor for a 3.5... Doing the math a 3.5 pipe has the same volume as dual 2.5.

Here is the muffler
