well I guess you changed your mind from the texts the other day lol. FWIW I used good old 7.4s with my ls7 lifters with no issues or insane valve train noise.

I think it all boils down to what many of us have said. CHECK your pr length. My setup is about as standard as it gets and I'm using 7.375 pushrods with a very quiet valvetrain, but I'm also runing about 65psi of oil pressure at hot idle on 0W-20...

Guess it helps to read the thread. Lol i've read so many of those damn LS7 lifter threads i figured it was the same. I still would like to see an ACTUAL measurement rather than what some guy says. For example, pics, tape measure etc.

Alex dont go gettin all salty. You went from a 6cyl ( brendan without the ss stickers) to a v8 for a few weeks to a 4cyl (scott lovin). So in recap. -2 to 0 to -4.
