My first engine build.
. I have no painting skills so I did not get as much of the metallic showing as I wanted. I think I needed to do a ghost coat to get them to show more. I have a lot more parts to paint so I can work on it.

Finally slowing down at work enought to start back on this project. Making a list of things I want to get done.
Install new engine
Relocate battery
Mount surge tank
Redo fuel,trans,oil lines with ptfe hose and an fittings.
Relocate coils
Remove or reroute a/c lines not sure what i want to do there a/c in the summer is nice.
Check into converting to 4l80 and gathering all parts needed to swap from 6l80. Not alot of info on this in the forum.
Clean up as much wiring under the hood as possible.
That's the short list anyway. Hopefully can get most of this done in the next 2 months.
