So anyhow I plan on putting some low mount twins on the truck and a t56. Debating on what gear to go with. Thinking 4.11's mebbe 4.56. It is a heavy pig. Does anyone make a mini spool for these rears?

411 depending on how tall a tire your going. Also depends if this is a town truck or highway for most of it's life. Why did you not stay with standard oem efi system? Nice build noticed dual altenators.
I have a new return oil pump if your interested.

I did use the oem efi. but just using a megasquirt to control it. For what it would cost me for the software to tune it and then the additional tac module wiring etc. I bought the megasquirt and igniton setup and dont have to worry about vin keys etc.

I've always wanted to see pics of someone that did a 8.1l swap in a half ton. Heard stories but never seen it done. Looks good!!!
