Went to Outlaw Dragway in Sallisaw, OK to do some grudge racin this weekend. The ol' black truck came out on top. The Hoosiers definitely helped, but I still have a lot of work to do on the suspension to handle the new found power of this motor

wow I hope you got a good drive shaft loop, that hop looked scary with all that power! Get that rear end dialed and that truck will be stupid fast off the line. Them 4.56s with nitrous puts some power to the ground! Willing to share some times??

A company called In The News contacted me about making me a commemorative piece for when my truck was in GMHTP...Finally took them up on it, and received it yesterday. Looks awesome!

On those jumpy launches, were your new bars on yet?

No, the new bars still aren't on. The jumping has nothing to do with the bars. That's a shock problem.

Axle-wrap would make your shock issue much worse. Good to know that it wasn't acting that way with the bars on.

It does have bars on it in the videos. The bars being built incorreclty or not setup right, have nothing to do with the bounce. It's all in the shocks. I can go adjust the shocks right now and back it make it launch just like this

That's an awesome pic. I wish I had one like that of my truck!

You've obviously got your setup figured out, and it will only get better as you progress. I'm waiting to see how you like the new bars. The design of them looks very good.
