Few updates

Here's a couple pictures of ol girl doin work!

After that trip to the track, I finally decided the truck was too damn loud. I now have dual 3.5" magnaflow race series oval mufflers with turndowns and it sounds SWEET! Nice and mellow and not even really loud at WOT. I'll try to get some sound clips here in a bit.

Well, I tried to make the truck just a little quieter...But that didn't happen

I removed the 3.5" mufflers and bought a flowmaster merge...3" in 4" out. It doesn't have a turndown on it yet, but its about as loud as the dual 3.5" mufflers. Strangely enough, I do feel a little bit more bottom end. So now my exhaust consists of;

Longtube headers
Dual 3" off the collectors
Flowmaster merge 3"in4"out (389-Y300400)
Magnaflow Race Series 4" muffler (642-14163)

You need some helper bags.

Thats pretty much its normal stance. Thats not an everyday occurrence, just thought I'd show off that I could do. No helper bags for me

The exhaust looks good man, I have mostly the same just mine gos into a single 3.5 instead of 4, i have a dynatech race muffler and its loud as hell to but i do like the exhaust it seems to perform well. And its good to see a truck doing what its built for and still haul ***!

I use that same muffler right off my turbo. Made it way quieter, much more bearable. Very low tone at idle.
