Cool My 06 Silverado... Going for 12's N/A

Ok guys, I bought my truck back in Dec of 09. It was bone stock with 95k on the meter.

Here's a pic of the day I brought it home:

It has the regular LM7 5.3 (nothing special like the HO L33 or anything), factory dual e-fans, 4L60e transmission, 3.73 gear and a G80 locker.

It ran pretty good for a stock truck. Probably mostly cuz of the gears and e-fan I never got to race it down the track, but I had a few street races. I raced a 2003 Silverado SS that had CAI and cat back exhaust. I lost about 1 car length to100...

Anyway, I found a good deal on a used cam and used set of Patriot Gold dual springs... Cam specs are: Comp custom grind XE-R 224/232 .581/.595 114+0. I installed the cam and ran around with the stock exhaust for a while and that sucked! Bottom end was so sh*ty it was alot slower than stock. Then I added a set of Pacesetter LT's and ORY pipe. That really woke it up!

Springs:

Cam:

So then I took it to the dyno and it put down some rally impressive numbers that no one wants to believe! (even me LOL)

For those people that don't know how to read it: Horsepower is the red line an the numbers are on the left. Torque on the right, and blue line

So after that I bought me some 26x11.5 MT ET-Streets on some 15" aluminum wheels and took it to the track.. It ran a best of 14.0@100 two times that day.

Thats all I have for now! And here's some pics of how it sits now:

Just add a 3600 stall and I think you'll be in the 12s as it sits

I could see it dropping it a second.

370 rwhp out of a 5.3, on a mustang dyno none the less!

I see the graph but your hp doesn't equal your 1/4 time. I ran 14.2 im my nearly stock 6.0 with a tune. I wasn't making 370+ to the wheels. It is a 2500 and was a longbed at the time.

I know you have the paper but is just doesn't add up. Maybe I am crazy but I would like to see a dyno sheet from another run to see if something was funky on your first run.

Yeah guys, I'm pretty sure the Dyno wasn't calibrated right... Anyway its just a tuning tool... I ran a 14.020@100.5 with a 2.373 60'... The DA was 1900ft that day and DA corrected it runs like a 13.71@102.78... That sounds a lil closer for the Dyno number but still aint right LOL.. I'm guessing around 350 rwhp because I am on the stock stall... With a 3800 stall i'm thinkin around 320-330
