thats a good point have you found tracks that will let you run? i know at my local tracks you wouldnt make it through tech

The track we frequent is near Mark's house.

Tech goes like this; "What will it Run?"
Mark: "Oh, I don't know, low 12's?"
He proceeds to run a 10 second run.
Tech will question me the next time thru....

I don't think they'd even harass him if he kept it cool and didn't get too squirrelly. They have 6 second cars running all day.

 

The track around here will let you get away with low 11s without a cage but if you dip into the 10s they enforce that rule hard. Dont you think they would kick him out after one 10 second slip? It would suck to not be able to dial it in at the track and get the best time.

 

Saw a vid of a mustang once that launched, then stopped for about 3 seconds then launched again and ran a 13.xx at 130ish. Bet he got a talking to. hahah

 

I let Mark say for himself but i think he has a plan....
